We are located in Goose Hollow at: 1226 SW 16th Avenue, Portland, OR. Off Jefferson and next to KGW and Lincoln High school, 100 meters from the track in a 6,300 sq ft facility. RSVP for a free consult and introduction to CrossFit and get started.

Our Certified CrossFit trainers will make sure your are introduced to CrossFit Safely and properly. We offer 'FREE' Introductions to CrossFit at CFSWP every Sunday at 3:00pm. RSVP at info@crossfitswportland.com.

Through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, CrossFit is the best fitness program out there for building strength while burning fat.

More specifically, CrossFit is the fitness methodology used by many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. People from every walk of life are using CrossFit to get results. CrossFit is infinitely scalable and is appropriate for any age as well as any fitness level. Athletes of all levels will all follow the same program, but at their own level of intensity.

Train in a group setting which means that every time you come to class you will receive certified instructor group coaching while going through a warm-up, skill work, and a workout of the day (WOD) then followed by a stretch and cool down.

We utilize the best movements from gymnastics, weightlifting and running to create unique, intense workouts that are constantly varied. Some workouts are completed for time, others for maximum number of repetitions. You are always guaranteed a challenging workout.

Scalable to anyone's fitness level, age, and gender.

Learn correct body weight exercises like squat, lunges, pushups and pullups.

Learn basic gymnastics like L-sit, ring work, handstands, tumbling, and jumps .

Learn correct weightlifting like back and front squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses.

Learn Olympic weightlifting: the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.

Use kettle bells, barbells, dumbbells, med balls and MORE.

Safety is key to every athlete’s success, and it's very important to us at CrossFit SW Portland. To begin workouts, everyone must sign a waiver and join the “Getting Started” series. These sessions contain six important classes to introduce athletes to the basics of CrossFit, highlighting the CrossFit philosophy, core exercises, and equipment.

Once athletes complete the series, they can then attend any regular “CrossFit” class. Ready to start?

The CrossFit Difference:

We provide a workout of the day (WOD), with instructional coaching at each workout session. CrossFit coaches take you through warm ups, mobility (flexibility and set goals here) and skill training, and the WOD.
